The use of videography in the legal environment is growing fast. The National Court Reporters Association administers training and certification testing for legal videographers.  Upon successful completion of the Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) program, a videographer must adhere to the CLVS Code of Ethics promulgated by NCRA.
